Precision Construction Group’s making of the
Schoenfield Dream House 2006-2007

We purchased the property in the Country Club of Louisiana in 1994 we were not sure if we would every build on it as at the time we both were traveling for work. We started to design something and then we had twins and with work it sent us to Frankfort, Kentucky for 4 years.

 When we returned Dee Dee happened to go to the Baton Rouge Home and Garden show where she met Rick Vinyard at the Precision Construction Group’s booth and he asked why she was there and the two started talking about our property and the possibility of Precision Construction Group building our home. We kept his and Mike Dalrymple’s card with our pile of materials we had for building the home.

Rick did as he said he would and every couple of months he would call on us wanting to know if we had our preliminary plans for him to look over. During that time frame Precision Construction Group was building the Gibbons house in University Club. We met with Mike and Rick with our preliminary plans and had lunch at the University Clubhouse where we listened to how they could make our dream house a reality. They asked us to give them a chance and follow the construction of the Gibbons dream house. Since we lived very close to them and we followed the construction from the framing until the building became their home.

When our plans were finalized we knew Precision Construction Group was the only builders for us. We told Rick in our first estimation meeting, if PCG could not build it, we would not have anything built and instead sell the lot we owned for 12 years. We did not submit our plans to any other builder for estimates as we knew the quality of the homes that Precision Construction Group builds.

We broke ground in March of 2007 and we are now living in our dream home February 2007. They were with us through every part of construction and took the time to talk to us and answer any questions and calm our concerns even to this very day.

Our dream house is now a reality that we love and we would recommend Precision Construction Group to anyone wanting to make their dream home come to life.
